Smile always

Smile a day keeps the doctor away

 

 

    When was the last time you smiled? Can’t remember? A Smile is an ex-pression of amusement on our face. Some people smile only to please others, or to extend their friendliness. When a person smiles, automatically he spreads good vibrations. The moment we see someone smiling at us, the reaction is a smile.  Some people are blessed with a smiling face.  Who can forget the million-dollar smile of actress Madhuri Dixit? Her smile has won millions of hearts.


 

       Smile not only increases our face value but also creates a friendly environment. In a stressful life of today we have completely forgotten to smile. Work pressures do not allow us to even think about smiling. We do laugh at a joke or make fun sometimes but that is temporary and does not give inner happiness.

 

       I remember having a maid long time back, who was not very good at her job or not up to my expectations. Whenever I complained about her work, she would first give me a smile & then give the explanation of her work. In the starting few days of her work, I thought she smiled only to pataao me, but later I realized that was her natural way of communicating. She had a smiling face which always shoned when she interacted. Only choice left for me would be to excuse her. Later we both understood each other’s way of working & never had problems thereafter. Now she has got married & does not work for me anymore. But whenever I think of her, her smiling face, it brings a smile on my face too.

 

       One does not have to make an extra effort to smile. We can bring smile on our faces by doing very little things in our day today life.

   1) The most simplest & the easiest thing would be to do a good deed for others & ourselves. The moment you realize you have done something good, a smile automatically comes on our face.

   2) Daily work pressures can be reduced if we try to keep a smiling face.

   3) Stop negative thinking. Negative thoughts make our face look more ugly than usual.

   4) Learn to forgive others as far as possible. Nobody is 100% perfect in this world. The moment you tell a person you have forgiven him, the person smiles, which in turn automatically make you smile.

   5) Children have very innocent faces. If one spends some time of the day with his kids, their innocence & their cute talks will definitely bring smile on our face.

   6) Last but not the least thanking God for his creations. If we think about the gifts given to us by God, we can never forget to smile. If we look at the sky, the stars, the moon, the sun, the nature, the blooming flowers and the shinning seas without which our Earth would have never looked so beautiful.

 

      Even by following at least 2 to 3 points mentioned above, one can reduce stress, minor problems etc. which in turn can improve our health to some extent.

So keep smiling & make others smile too.
